Samsung Galaxy Note 10: What's coming ?

After launching the quite famous Galaxy S10 series, Samsung is ready to drop another big announcement. The company has booked a date for its "Unpacked" event where it is more than likely that they will be announcing the Galaxy Note 10 as around the same date i.e. 7th of august, last year the Note 9 was released.

We have seen 8 previous generations of the lineup and it is quite evident that every generation has brought new advancements and changes with it. So what's coming this year? Let's see :

Design

For most of the part, the design will remain same as the front and back will be made of glass with an aluminium frame sandwitched in between. The location of the cameras is going to change from the centre to top-left corner same as the Galaxy A80.

The headphone jack will be removed to allow more space in the body of the phone and the charging port will remain Type-C. Also, it is rumoured that there will be two variants, one is regular model and the other is Note 10 Pro.

In addition, those two variants will have their own separate 5G models which means that there will be a total of four phones that are going to lauch.

Display

The display panel is remaining the same- Super AMOLED but the screen sizes will be changing. The screen of smaller variant will be 6.3 inches and that of the Pro will be 6.7 inches.

The hole punch display from S10 is going to return but the camera will be located in the centre unlike the corner placement of camera in S10 series. 

The bezels around the screen will get even thinner and the curved display from the last series is returning and the under screen figerprint sensor will make its debute. Therefore, almost all of the front will be display.

Cameras

It is expected that there will be triple camera system in regular model while in the pro version, a 4 camera system will be implemented. Moreover, a 64 MP camera could be included.

It is not clear whether the front portion will house single or two cameras as in the S10 Plus, there were two front cameras that enabled live-focus selfies.

Internals

For the processor part, there will be Snapdragon 855 or Exynos 9820 depending upon your region. The highest RAM option will be 12GB.

The battery capacity will be 3,500 mAh and 4,300 mAh for regular and pro model respectively. The former will have 25 Watt charging and that of latter will be 45 Watt.

The 5G versions can come with bigger screens and larger capacity batteries and they will be made available late than 4G models.

The returning features are the stylus S Pen and Wireless Fast Charging.

Finally, talking about the price, it could be between $1,000 and $1,200.
